Super simple and satisfying! These protein packed oats are creamy, chocolately and oh so delicious. Perfect for brekkie or crushing those chocolate cravings.

INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup organic milk (your choice)
1 tbsp of organic raw honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp of organic cocoa powder
1 tbsp of organic peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp of plain Greek yoghurt

Topping:

Extra swirl of peanut butter
Fresh fruit
Sprinkle of organic cacao nibs

METHOD

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, add all of the ingredients and stir or shake to combine.
  2. Place in the fridge, with the lid on and leave overnight.
  3. Before eating, add an extra swirl of peanut butter, fresh fruit and a sprinkle of organic cacao nibs on top.
  4. Grab a spoon and dig in!

Note: If you prefer warm oats, simply put in the microwave for 30 secs to heat.
