Guilt-free dessert filled with nutrients
These easy to make, sugar free treats are an amazing alternative for any dessert loving, health conscious person. The ingredients are all natural and incorporate over 100 different nutrients, however you would never know it by the taste of them. Moringa Bliss Balls are sweet, moist, and delicious. This is what you’ll need to make 12 medium-sized Moringa Bliss Balls.
- 6 Medjool Dates
- 3 tbsp Sultanas
- 2 tbsp Organic cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ABC spread
- 1 tbsp Cacao nibs
- ½ tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 4+ tbsp of Linseed meal
- 2 tbsp Protein powder (OPTIONAL)
First, keep 1 tbsp of Linseed meal aside and add rest of the ingredients into a mixer something like a nutribullet and mix until everything is well combined and moist.
Next, tip ingredients into a mixing bowl and add linseed meal until the right texture is reached. Blend with hands. (remember use extra Coconut oil to moisten and Linseed meal to absorb)
Finally, roll out a Moringa Bliss Ball. Continue adding Linseed meal as required until the mixture has been used. You can then coat the newly formed balls in a layer of chia seeds, shredded coconut or Moringa for an extra flare, or you can leave them as is.
When you’ve finished forming the balls you can either eat them immediately or put them into an air tight container and set in the refrigerator for the balls to get firmer and to enjoy later. The great thing about the Moringa Bliss Balls recipe is the measurement of the ingredients is very open to interpretation.
