Summer is here! We love to cool off with a delicious smoothie – but not just any smoothie. Healthy smoothies jam packed with goodness using Raw C coconut water. Read our favourite summer recipes below!

Celery Detoxer

  • ½cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 cup Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water
  • Juice of ½ a lemon

Juice vegies and add Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water and juice of lemon. Stir together and enjoy!

Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup Raw C Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg

Blend all the ingredients together for a healthy smoothie that tastes just like carrot cake!

Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple pieces, frozen
  • 1 cup Raw C Coconut Water
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 small piece of ginger

Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Super-Charged Green Smoothie

  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • Handful baby spinach
  • 1 cup Raw C Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp Raw C MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil (or Virgin coconut oil)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Ginger, to tast

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
