9 years ago, Dr Damian Kristof was filming a television show to help New Zealanders learn to eat well and at the same time lose weight – reversing their diabetes and eliminating heart disease with diet alone. Off the back of this TV show (Downsize Me), he was asked to create a healthy and tasty breakfast muesli that would offer more than just a low-calorie option for people wanting help with their diet and health. Specialising in gastrointestinal dysfunction, Damian’s keenness to discuss all things gut, including POO, has seen him on Australian TV, on Australian radio Triple M and also running Australia’s number one health podcast network, The Wellness Couch with two of his own podcasts ‘The Wellness Guys’ and ‘100 Not Out’.
Having been a nutritionist and naturopath for the better part of two decades, Damian had recognised the importance of ensuring excellent gut health.
